Hall Rental Information

The North Shuswap Community Hall,
a historic staple since 1934.​

Located in Celista, British Columbia, in the heart of the North Shuswap, the Hall offers three unique venue spaces that have been host to a myriad of community events for almost a century. Each space offers a variety of environments, catering to multiple aesthetics and needs.

The Main Hall

The following is included at no additional charge:

  • Max capacity 200 guests

  • Approx 2500 sq.ft.

  • Air Conditioned

  • 22 x 8ft rectangle tables, and 6 x 6ft rectangle tables, 28 x 4ft tables

  • Approx 220 chairs

  • Fully renovated kitchen with 2 electric stoves, a large cooler, a small deep freeze and a commercial dishwasher

  • Bar area with counter and pass-through window, large bar fridge and large cooler

  • 4 x electric chafing pans to keep food warm

  • Dishes and flatware for approx 175 settings

  • Approx 200 wine glasses

  • Audio, visual, and wifi service is available for an additional fee of $100 per event.

The Clubroom

The following is included with each Clubroom rental at no additional charge:

  • Max capacity 20 guests

  • Approx 600 sq.ft.

  • Air Conditioned

  • 8ft, 6ft, and 4ft tables and chairs available

  • Kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and electric stove

  • Dishes, flatware and glasses available

  • Wifi service

Outdoor Gazebo

The following is included with each Gazebo rental at no additional charge:

  • 2 picnic tables

  • Bear proof garbage cans + recycling bins

  • 1 wheelchair accessible outhouse

  • Parking for over 50 vehicles

  • Ability to combine the gazebo with your Hall or Clubroom booking for an additional fee.
